Generally at the start of a job search, you find yourself asking “what do I want to do next?” And, you are right, this is the question you need to answer. But, where do you start? 
As you begin this process, it’s important to take some time for self-reflection and research. You will want to answer these questions:
What motivates you at work? 
What do you WANT in your next role?
What skills do you have to offer your next employer, and more importantly, have you identified your top skills? 
The importance of answering questions like these can not be underestimated. To give you the clarity and focus you need in order to move forward in your job search, we recommend completing our in-depth, 4-step system as you begin. This process will help you work through these questions and more.
As you drive into the 4 Step System and begin to explore these important questions, we recommend giving yourself about 2 hours of time to complete all four steps, and when you’re finished, you will have outlined: 
Your true motivations
Your transferable skills 
You’ll have identified potential career opportunities 
And, have a clear path forward to begin researching and evaluating your job search process all along the way.
